You can't sue the "other woman". She is not the one disturbing your home...your husband is.
Unless she is a stalker, your husband has made a choice to see her. Highly unlikely even a lawsuit would keep him from seeing her. And you cant have a restraining order placed on her in regards to your husband unless he agrees to it.
Best bet: leave him. Isn't it obvious? You even know he HAS a mistress and you still stick around!

I would leave her alone, it's not "her" fault if something went wrong between me and my husband, the real reason is in him and me, she's just a "side effect" of broken relationships.
I would just let him go, if he came to the point where he thinks that he doesn't love me any more, than I don't want to spend my life with a man who doesn't love me.
I would let her have him, that's it!

I think I have figured out what you are asking. You want to sue his mistress for alienation of his affections. I don't think that has worked for the last 100 years. Get a lawyer
