Analingus, or the act of oral sex upon the anus. For example, if you are getting your salad tossed, a man or woman is stimulating your anus with their tongue. Vice-versa, you toss someone else's salad by doing that to them. It's more well-known in the gay community, but is an act that can be enjoyed between any two people, whatever their sex. I have absolutely no idea where they came up with the phrase for it. If the partner it is done to is completely cleaned out or the person doing it uses a dental dam as a barrier between his/her mouth and the anus, then it is perfectly safe, and gosh-darn pleasurable!
