Peter Cushing (cinema movie dr who) William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, John Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davidson, Colin Baker, Slyvester Mccoy, Paul Mcgann (bbc movie dr who), Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant. Richard Hurndell doubled for William Hartnell in "The 5 Doctors"
Richard E Grant has played the dr on radio and on some audio adventures. rowan atkinson, jim broadbent & joanna lumley have played dr who on comedy specials for children in need.

can i cheat and either run to the bedroom and get the Doctor WHo manual or phone my freakish brother-in-law that could NOT only tell you their names but all other roles they have had AND their birthdates ??
