What is the name of a animated film, where theese toy soldiers got fitted with a military chip and they start threatening people around, and doing all sorts of evil stuff?

It's Phil Hartman's last move called Small Soldiers. Good movie actually. Lots of good vocal talent. Even has the original guys from the movie...oh man I forget. Ernest Borgnine amongst others. But it is called Small Soldiers. They even use my area code for the phone number (330 Ohio) which is cool.
