Yes. A lunch date with YOU!
You pay for the lunch - perhaps on a Saturday afternoon.
Make him a card - ok, you may cheat by going to the card section of the store and get great ideas. Guys don't admit it but they never get "handmade" cards - just for them.
Now if you have any money left over (because you might get a new dress for this occasion), get him a small present - yes very small - like candy - you know those little hearts with those "sayings" on them like 'kiss me', etc.
Ask him to dress up - and take him to a nice restaurant but make sure it's a place where the two of you will be comfortable.
Now - for you - Show up wearing that spectacular dress that you look - so great, fine and awesome in.
Wear those stockings, nice jewlery, nice earrrings, and great perfume (if you can get pheromone - which has a different scent on everyone).
Do your nails and makeup - again you will look so fine!
Don't tell him where you're going - unless he's the kind that has to know.
Send him an electronic email card -
free electronic cards - www.123greetings.com - or other site.
- and write your invitation to the lunch with his special girl
as you personalize this electronic greeting card.
HE WILL REMEMBER THIS FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE.
You will be described as "AMAZING" and be remembered by him "and to his friends as he will brag about what you did for him for the rest of your life. His friends will be jealous if their "girls" don't do anything special.
GOD bless us always.

Short on Money, Long on Love for your Man? This is an all to common address when you are young and finding your way along the path. But not a problem! You need some pictures of your beloved - hopefully at work on some imposing granite obolisque, better yet with his shirt off.
Get, (borrow), a digital camera and take some different shots of him from different angles. Get shots of hjis face & torso, of his face - stern & studied - concentrating, another of his face, - lit up in the boyish grin you love so much, another of his face - dirty and sweaty - and softened by fatigue at the end of a long hard rewarding day.
I hope you have pictures of you two together - at play - cuddling, smooching, holding one another, facing one nother - head-to-head, a nice shot of him carrying you, your head on his shoulder, arms around his neck, like a tired child. Emphasize his brawn and your feminity,
Get these photos developed in color or black & white, then get you favorites blown up - with a matte finish - your going to make him a collage' of his two favorite thigs in this world - his work, and you.
You are going to need a 30" x 42" piece of foam core board, and 1 piece of poster board, (same size) that you should be able to get at an Arts & Crafts store, or an Architect's Office., (they also have 24" x 30") if you like that size better). Then you need some collage glue - which is like Elmers glue - it's cheap - so buy more than you think you need, (you are going to use the glue to hold the pieces of you collage in place , and to "glaze" over the finished collage' (several) times when you are done putting the images together). Also buy a 2" - 3" "Fan" brush, and a water spray bottle.
If you've never seen a collage', go on line and look them up. A collage' is a simple art form where you take a number of different materials, mount them on a board or canvas, and then you usually put a finish coat over the whole construction. The Collage can be partly hand drawn or painted, or woven or carved, , and then added to it are usually torn or cut out images from magazines or news papers or books that are glued onto the board or canvas along with the writing or the image to create a there, or a message, or a feeling, or nothing at all, maybe the work is just something that is interesting - something the artist did, - just to see what reaction it evoked in the public at large, - or maybe it represents some experience that he / she is trying to share through non-verbal communication,; - while other times, it's just the result of the artiist" just having fun thowing stuff together on a canvas, and seeing what happens.
I've done many collages' over the years, and found them to be very satisfying, and very complex when they were completed, they were all commisioned works. save one, and I enjoyed the time and the part of myself that went into everyone of them - and I think you will love putting yourself into a "creation" just for the man in you life as well.
THe next stop is the library; to start going thru magzines; periodicals, picture books, National Geographics, & Coffee Table Books, and maybe a few Playboy Magazines too. Then you put you're mind to work on your idea list for the Project. What else beside you and his granite creations does he like? Fast cars? Sex? Football? Fishing ? Budwieser? Dogs? Skiing? Ice Skating? Swiming? Steak? Fried Chicken? Have you taken any trips together? Any local landmarks that have any special memories for the two of you? Ok now the "Harvesting" of pictures & images out of magazines or drawings or paintings, is generally not done with a knife if the image is on paper.. you TEAR the image out of the page like you would if you were going after a coupon in a magazine that you did'nt ever intend on every reading. - right there at the check out stand. ONLY IF YOU OWN THE MAGAZINES!! In the libray you flag the images you like, with postits. anf make copies of them.
As you start building your list - these are the photos that you will want to find in the library magazines & books, so you can have copies made right there. Once you have your photos all picked out, and you've found thjem - that takes time. You neeed to pick one or three photos that you want to be the center focus of the piece you are making- that which epiomizes what you and he are all about, - or what you WANT your relationship to be all about. once you have those picked then tera them out, & lay them loosely in place in the center of the board.
Then work on the borders, and finally fill in the rest of the foarm core board. Save the poster board for later.. Over lapping the edges is encouraged, and it helps to give the finsihed project a kind of hodge-podge look. some area will be well served to be veiled and for that some "washes" of water color can be added to give depth and interest to you piece. (DO NOT WORRY YOU CAN DO THIS AND ON A BUDGET!)
OK!!! You got it done, - for now. It's not glued down and that's a good thing. Now go play, don't look at this again until tomorrow. OK - it's tomorrow., are you still happy with what you've done? If not - OK. Change things around until you are, and remember - even if you get your collage done' and you're not happy with part of it - NO PROBLEM!. Just tear out some more images that you do like - dip them in glue and paste them over what you don't like
Now you can do a number of things from here you can buy a food color kit at the grocery store - they have the 4 primary colors in them - and from there you can make any color you like. To make a simple wash just mix in a drop or two of color with a 1/2 cup of glue and a tablespoon of water, and mix; you want the wash to be thin like oil. .Get your fan brush readY, and fill your spray bottle with water. Mix your wash - in what ever color you like; (I suggest a sepia tone which is a warm light brownish/ yellow/reddish color.. Take your spray bottle and wet the entire surface of the collage, and waint a "wash" of water color over some areas of the coloage, You want to try to give different areas of the collage different depth - so maybe the edges are darker - and the collage image gets lighter as you get to the middle, - giving the feeling the the collage is projecting outward off of the foam core board.. Let this layer day. The keep building up layers. some with food color wash in them if you like - pay with it have fun! Some layers just plaing glue You want a min imum of 5 - 8 coats on the surface., (each coat needs to dr thoroughly before applying the next coat.
I hope you like your creation and I hope your Man does ttoo, it's a true original work Art, and it comes straight from your heart. One last thing you can do - that you might like. Take your piece to a copy center like kinkos, have them shoot the collage to make a camera ready photo. THen have them make a sepia tone poster sized print, (24 " x 30" ) and mount it on you foam core board. Get your camera ready art abd mounted sepai tone mouted posted, and see how you like it. (I think you may like it even more that the original - but it's all a personal taste thing). So how's that for different. Good luck.
I'm pulling for you .
