Nothing in life is guarneteed. That goes for all the good things in life and all the bad things. Life is what we decide to make of it. We can live in this world shallow, naieve and ignorant to larger greater things. We can be consumed with material objects: success, money, expensive cars, clothing, and other people who are much the same. Or we can learn to live with more purpose, more emotion, more care, and be fulfilled in deeper ways. This way, when we die, we can have actually touched lives, have made an impact, have left a legacy, and be able to go in peace knowing we were as much a person as we could have been. Feeling every emotion when it presented itself -- to know what it's reall like to live.
