its a very good thing but is being misused. for example if you abuse someones human rights, you should lose yours. but it seems prisoners have more rights than i do these days

It's a good thing in principle but doesn't seem to be good in practice. At present, it appears to be used to protect the guilty and encourage the ghastly compensation culture. It has also made a lot of money for Cherie Blair.

It seems to be a good thing for the guilty ! They seem to have the most human rights ! That is not a good thing .

It a good thing, unfortunately most government use it when they see fit which is mostly against you,this happens mostly against the poorest in society,because they know you don't have the money to defend yourself,and the Chance's of you getting legal aid is very limited to say the least.

It's poorly enforced intra or internationally.
