Better can mean any aspect of your opinion of the USA. The government, our president, night life, transportation methods and etc.
Is the US better than any other country in the world? I am US citizen, but prefer certain cities in Canada to migrate to. Which is why I said other than Canada.

I think anyone you ask would say that their country is better, but Americans I have found have a superior outlook on the rest of the world, because they have a stronger military establishment than most other countries; and most would still agree that they are the strongest nation in the world, even stronger since the Twin Towers attacks, but after that, they lost a lot of power and too afraid to admit their vulnerabilities, in my opinion.
For their currency, it is strong and wanted by a lot of other countries, but they are in debt by trillions of dollars, so I would disagree and say that any country is better than America, I would even say Canada is on the number 4 spot on my list where America is 18th

USA is the best country in the world because it is the melting pot of the world and is based on helping people.There is no other country in the world that gave more to the world in blood and sacrifice than America.

USA is a good country but has no night life. In Spain all its born citizens have free doctors insurance, USA doesn't.

Everybody is suppose to love his/ her country, that is why you say your country is better. Anyway there are other countries which i think will be better that USA considering some factors. i will edge you to try and visit other countries and get to know their culture and other thing.
