hi there! not having your period on time doesn't mean your pregnant or what. that may mean your having an irregular menstruation. you could just wait for your next period and take note of the day it started. monitor your monthly period. do a calendar method. then if it really is irregular you can consult with your doctor and ask for a prescription of a medication to help you maintain a regular period.

first of all, don't get stressed about it. i don't know how old u are, but it is not all that unusual to skip a period now and again. stress can cause this to happen. try some meditation, deep breathing and relax. do nothing except relax, now if u miss it for 2 or 3 months in a row, then get tested. don't sweat the small stuff, nothing is so bad it couldn't get worse. words of wisdom from my father.. breathe, relax, bless u.

You are probably stressed and/or you aren't eating right. Lots of things cause you to miss/late a period. First thing is to talk to your doctor and the 2nd thing is to stop stressing. IF you believe you are pregnant your body will start to believe it too. I have heard of people going a whole 9 months without it due to their stress but not be pregnant.

stop worrying...if u r under alot of stress it can effect your period, if u have been sick it can effect it too..let it go for another week or so and then go see your doctor about it, sometimes cycles just get thrown off...have u been hanging around a specific female friend or family member a lot lately, because than can make a difference...your cycles can start to migrate together so u have them more around the same time when u have been around each other alot...my mom, sister aunt and I all used to get them at the same time when we all lived together...i hope this helps and good luck

Just wait for it. Blood tests don't lie! Your delayed period could be stress induced. There are lots of reasons for a missed period.

see a gynocologist. if its not pregnancy a missed period could be a number of things a few of them including:
recent rapid weight gain or weight loss (espeically anorexia)
PCOS (polycystic ovarian sydrome)
