I have played few war games, and i think i prefer war games over all other games. I have played delta force seriese, in which i find the original delta force the funnest. I have played counter strike for a while and it was fun. I am thinking of getting call of duty, which one do you guys suggest is the best in call of duty series? I heard the original one got tons of award and it was the game of the year. Anybody know if Call of Duty is a good game? Anyways please write any war games you love and enjoyed playing!

Well it might not be entirely what you like but I would suggest COMMAND and Conquer: Generals, its preaty cool but its more about strategy than actual shooting like in counter strike

Well personally i think call of duty games are too short i beaten them in a hour before, plus the action sucks. If your looking for a good war game its all a mater of what system you have
PS2: i like playing the brothers in arms games
PS3: Resistance: Fall of Man is supposed to be the best and only good game for the PS3 i havent played it but it looks really cool
Xbox: is definately Battlefield 2 Modern Combat, it has intense campaign modes, and it gets even better if you have xbox live
Xbox 360: The peoples favorite seems to be gears of war

The Call of Duty and Medal of Honor series are both good, but my absolute favorite is Sniper Elite...it's so much more than just a shoot 'em up game- you have to really put some thought into your actions. You have to analyze your mission, the route you'll take in and out, possible enemy contact, ideal hiding and shooting positions, alternate routes in case you get cut off...it's really intense!! I love it!

a new one just came out Call Of Duty 3 that one is a really good game. great great grafics for a WWII game
and there is one inbetween but I forgot what it was
ON PC: call of duty 2 is said to be the best WWII game ever its true so id suggest the whole line of call of duty cuase on alot of them you can play as a Russian, American, British, or all soldier

all the call of dutys are awsome but to tell you the truth...battlefield 2142 and battlefield 2 owns!!!! best game! if you want a good free game go to runescape.com, beware it is highly addicting i finaly got off of it after spending about 8 hours a day for 8 months on it. . . world of warcraft is another fun but highly addicting game! i was reading that people spending 2 years a day on it! (all together counting everyones ammount of time playing it)

I plaied call of duty it was great you get to play with all the Allice(Russia,Britan,etc...)exept for germans(duh)there are lots of missions serten missions you might get stuck in try to pass it and other are eghther a breath or a challeng,good for multiplayer too,after you finish the origonal i sudgest you get the call of duty expantion pack.

they are all awsome. which platform are you using it on? i know that the delta force games were awsome - i have 2, land warrior, taskforce dagger and blackhawk down, for PC. and i have call of duty finest hour and the big red one. they are both equally awsome. id say that you cant go wrong with a call of duty game.
