since your volume is equal to lenght * height* width and you know the volume is 1000 and the height is 4, you can plug those in to have:
1000 = width* length * 4
so you can have any set of numbers for width * length = 1000/4
just plug in a random number, like 10 for the width and solve for the length to have a set of dimensions that fits your requirements. (if you chose 10 for the width, your length would be 25)

Volume of rectangular prism = length * breadth * height

so l*b*h = 1000
l*b = 250 ( since h =4)
l = 250 / b

Put the values of breadth and you will get corresponding lengths of prism.

Well that means the area of the remaining face must be 250 so break that on down.
