Burn that fat by doing aerobic exercise, running, swimming, stair climbing, etc. You don't need to buy any equipment to do those things. Oh, and eat a better balanced diet with less fat and fewer calories. You can start toning your stomach muscles by doing proper sit ups (don't hurt your back) and other stomach muscle exercises.

You can do thousands of sit ups a day, but if you eat like a horse and don't burn the calories you ingest or have deposited around your stomach ... you'll still have belly flab.

if it's ur skin use St. Ives skin firming lotion.

If it is ur belly-belly, then a tummy-tuck or lipo could be an option. . .but I don't recommend surgery unless u r dying from ur condition. Insurance doesn't pay for cosmetic surgery.

U can try sit-ups, crunches, sprints, leg-raises, pilates, touch ur toes, etc.
