It's either interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, or telophase. I think it's interphase but I'm not sure. Thank you for helping!

Opps I misunderstood your question before. I get your question now. The most commonly seen state of mitosis is Interphase. Most of the cell cycle is spent on Interphase, the time when Cell is in a resting phase, performing cell functions.

Be careful however, if you teacher is reeaally picky, he / she may say Interphase is technically not part of mitosis (but it is included in the cell cycle). Mitosis occupies less than 5% of the cell cycle in duration.

i thought interphase to start with, but i did that in year 11 and it was almost 10 years ago (how time flies), i mya not be accurate, i would say interphase though
