She has had cancer in her bladder, and has managed to get through that, but has to have an infected ureter removed.

Thank you for all your prayers and kind words/thoughts. Pat has come out of surgery very well. They were able to do all that they needed to, and there was no sign of cancer at all. Please keep praying for a speedy recovery.

I'll pray right now. Heavenly Father - Although I do not know this girl, I do know that it is our responsibility to lift each other up in prayer. In the name of the Father, I ask that you be with her as she prepares for surgery. I pray that you would give her peace, comfort and a sense of calm. She is your child, God, and she knows that you will take good care of her. I pray that the doctors would be able to complete the surgery quickly and there would be no complications. I ask that her recovery be quick, with as little pain as possible. Father, I ask as she goes through this fight with cancer Lord that she always look to you and to your Word for strength. Your word says in Psalms 103 that you heal ALL of our diseases, so we are expecting you to do this. We ask for favor and we ask that your angels would be around her. We are expecting a good report and leave our worries and fears at your feet, knowing you have a good plan and that you only want the best for us. Amen.

Of coarse...They thought my husband had Bladder Cancer, thankfully what they removed wasn't cancerous....
