The answer that the one above me gave is correct to extend on that once you beat the Elite Four 4+1(Champion)=5) and the Battle Frontier opens go and earn points and get a Exp. Share!

After delivering the letter to Steven, return back to Mr. Stone by the Devop Corp and he will give you the exp share.
