Taking medication before bed or even vitamins can be difficult for your body to breakdown, and develop heartburn or reflux. In the morning and with food would be best. Also, the FDA recommendation for vitamin consumption would be best, overdosing certain vitamins does not benefit your system.
Good luck

I take most of mine in the morning and repeat some of them in the evening as well depending on how much intake is required. Good to have sufficient interval in between. Find it effective so far. Maybe it is the supplements that I am taking.
But note that it should preferably not be taken with coffee/tea and there might be some neutralising effects.

It really depends on your vitamins and supplements.
The best time to take them are on an empty stomach as it promotes better assimilatoin.
Can I inquire why are you taking vitamins and supplements? Would you be interested in a cheaper and more value for money alternative to achieve the same results?
if you are, please email me at verityy@yahoo.com

You should follow the instruction given on the bottle. Usually it will be once in the morning and once in the evening.
To minimize vitamin or mineral deficiency, look for those with frutose compound.

Either way but just don't take them too close to a meal as they may not be as effective. Also be sure the brands you are using are well absorbed so you get the benefit you are supposed to from them.

I would say after. Because when we sleep, our body doesn't really digest the food.
