Depends where the tattoos are! If around your genital areas, it makes perfect sense, as bloodflow increases in these places with sexual arousal.

Because when you are aroused your skin becomes flushed. Your tats are probably newer and have not defused into the skin. Give it awhile and it should become less sensitive. Good Luck.
