you will need some computer knowledge skills starting from basic to advance depending on how far you want to take your business such as would you be likely to get into e-commerce selling on the net.

Accounting as it will help you understand the importance of balancing up your accounts and book keeping.

Quantitative methods is good it can be incorporated with market ing its about producing accurate statistical analysis information and graphs.

some basic law information would be good to know what your able to do, or can not do within the legal parametres of handling your business transactions, contracts, company liability, copyright e.t.c

Marketing is good in understanding the impact of the choices you take to market or produce your product. it gives you a sense of knowing or being aware of your environment, and resources that you can use to capitalise on opportunities, gain market share and have a competitive edge over your competitors. through the models you will learn in this subject it will help to know how best to market your product and how they incorporate in contingency planning. You will learn the importance of building strategies snd how best to manage or incorporate them into the overall running of your company. finally it will help you draw up business proposals and produce quality presentions.

Also if your going to have workers Human Resourse Management would work to your advantage in understanding the impact of managing, exploiting or gaining human capital to your advantage, Understanding systems of management practices and which one would best fit your business as it differs. its about quality management How reflexible is your work environment?. Also incorporates a bit of a legal aspect in the view of health and safety, Discrimination laws e.t.c

I am just finishing off my Business with Legal studies course which i have found very helpful and has given me the confidence and security with the knowledge i have learnt to open a business .
So may be helpful if you take a look at this course as it incorporates many of the subjects i have listed above. however you may have to take a separate computer course as you may find it to basic in this course.
