I know the show's title was changed to 'Missing,' as of season 2, and that season 2 went to dvd, but not season 1. How many season's were there? And does anyone know where I can find season 1 and 3? And any other seasons, if any?

There were 3 seasons. One was under 1-800 the last two were just Missing.

Lifetime is still airing the reruns. Apparently there are only three seasons and I could only find where you can purchase the 2003 season from:
