Investing in Chinese Automotive Stocks???

Tonight I got the idea to possibly begin investing in which ever automotive Chinese company will soon be shipping to America. SInce they passed the emissions requirements to drive in America, do you think it will be successful enough in America for the stock of the company to fly...Why wouldn't it go up alot concidering it's like opening up an entire new market for the company. What do you think...is this too risky?
