i understand totally, there's no possible way i can have direct contact with a couple of hundred people on a regular basis. i try to respond to any letters i get or direct comments, i usually don'r respond to mass mailings. there are 3 people i try to at least say hi to everyday, my mario, jane, and shawwna.
