Maybe get him to compare himself to some other guys he knows? Certainly if he's been looking at online pics of guys with erections, a lot are huge and might make him think he is small, but most ameature photos are of normal, average guys. Now if he hasn't seen other guys with erections in pics or in person, he needs to decide why he is belittling himself. The average penis is 5 to 6 inches in length fully erect; some guys are larger, but probably 75% of all males are within this range. Now if he is smaller than 5 inches, it will be difficult to change his mind, but if he is performing adequately and causing the female he services great pleasure, not sure why there would be a problem. For one thing, most guys don't go around in person comparing penis size, so he shouldn't worry about other guys seeing him!
