I believe so, speaking from human thinking with emotion and such. A small child who doesn't know of the "evils" of the world, is innocent. That's simply human thinking, which holds no grounds universally. Meaning anyone can die or be killed, but it probably shouldn't be the women or children, the men are the protectors traditionally, and thus it is usually expected that they do their job in keeping everyone safe.

As a philosophical problem, it's a matter of definition. If you say an innocent person is one who has never intentionally hurt someone else, I think you can find plenty of innocent people.

Definitely!!!! A BABY, or toddler not subjected to hardships is innocent!!!! They would be the only innocent people I know of and why I LOVE and dote on babies! (Maybe that is why pretty much all others think they are sooo darn CUTE and PERFECT!!!) Maybe that is why we as adults like babies so much!!! We WISH we WERE as innocent again!

Depends on your definition of innocence? I know many people who are true from heart....but are they innocent, I dont think so. I think innocence is a relative term and depends on ones definition to judge whether someone is innocent or not.

I believe we're all innocent when we were children but some of us lost their innocence while growing up because of the harsh realities of life.

It depends on your definiton of innocence. Innocence seems to refer to a childlike quality, something pure and untouched. I think innocent people do exist, just very few of them.

innocence is void,
ignorance is emptiness.
we are al empty creatures..
a baby is empty that needed proper nurture...
a preadulescent is empty that needed guidance..
an adult is empty that needed education..
innocence lies before birth
& after death.
Life itself is full of ignorance.
