Ideology means imaginary or visionary theorization that is concerned with some kind of suggestive ideas reflecting the social needs and/or the aspirations of you and others... individuals or groups...! So basically its an orientation that can characterize the thinking of people, or the nation!

Media and workplace can influence those ideas! Media is a stong influencial force as well as the workplace.. you spend so much time at work and also listening/reading/watching the media! These forces can affect your ideology and change your prespective.

I hope that helps ;-)

It kind of sounds like an area where people can agree on general ideas (but not specific) or agree to general terms. IE - a big ethical debate. Such as one person has to die, but the world is cured of cancer. The two major sides would be for the person to die, curing the world. The other side would be for them not to die, who has the right to make that decision? For whatever reason, you would go with one side.
