Actually, these days, I think the female comedians are just as good if not better than the male comedians.
Perhaps they know that they need to try a little harder than the guys and thats what gives them the edge!
I'm glad we're getting more and more female comedians up on stage and I think most of Australia is happy about it too!

It all depends on the audience at the time, but I see your point. This is a male dominated society, so the likely answer would be the man.
