My girlfriend started her day at 5:30 and will end it at midnight, what would want after a really long day. I mean besides a bed is there any small comfort that can help take a load off.

I would prefer non-food/drink items but if there is a compellign reason for that particular thing, I'm open to hearing why/how.

Thanks.

nothing like a back or foot or shoulder rub after a long day especially if she's been on her feet all day...maybe try a scented foot bath even?

Wow that is so sweet, it gave me a cavity. How nice of you!

I LOVE foot massages. Totally plutonic...not connected to sex, type foot massages.

Clean sheets after a hot bath is always heaven. Have her favorite soda on ice ready for her.

Tell her how proud of her you are that she works so hard.

Buy some danishes or cinnamon rolls for her for the following morning for breakfast. A little future treat that she can sit eating sweet stuff thinking about how wonderful her boyfriend is.

Just a few thoughts.

an easy chair soft music and low lights for at least 1/2 hour encourage her to talk about her day if she needs to , and a foot rub it she can stand it I found that after a long day my feet were to sensitive as the blood finally got back in to them so ask before you grab her feet, a foot soak it wonderful, warm water and bath salts is all you need in a basin or container big enough for both feet. and good on you for being so thoughtful. also a glass of wine is a thought full relaxer if you indulge

Don't push yourself on her; some women, hates being baby after a rough day. They would prefer being left alone to relax and let the tensions fade. Just acknowledge her presents and ask if there is something you can do for her. It does not hurt to make suggestions for relaxation; but, don't rush in without request or permission. A women with mixed feelings about the day is about as dangerous as being on menopause. Sense the mood and walk lightly.. good luck.

A warm bubble bath, candle(s) lit around the tub, soft soothing music and you waiting at the door with an inviting smile on your face. That would be good and doesn't involve food (you washing her back would be a nice touch).

a full body massage/foot rub/back rub depends how energic you feel at that time, a nice hot bubble bath with some candles or nice relaxing oils in the bath.

a darnde good foot rub. Or a shoulder massage - not too much pressure, not too soft.
Good Luck

A nice bubble bath with candles, and a massage, would be a starter.
