I am a cool laid back guy, im hansome and got my stuff togeather. But my coworkers constantly make jokes about me. I know its not true what they say but at the same time i dont like it because it's disrespectfull. Plus they say things that they know they couldnt get away with if we wernt at work. I could deal with them so easily with a hard fist to the lip. It has got so bad that my manager brought me into the office and told me to get allong with the others. Im not going to tell on anyone.

Most likely these cowards tease you because you stand out as someone whos not afraid to be theirself. So they feel the need to try to break you, to see if you'll switch to their manner, or worse completey crumble lost on the type man you are and the type man you want to be. You need to confront them directly and let them know you will not conform to them, and if that doesn't work inform your boss or last resort transfer departments, if their taunting begins to negatively affect your work performance.

Just remember you cannot be held responsible for ignorance in others. It could be the simple fact that they make fun and joke about you because they cannot compete with you. Fighting (or violence) never solves anything, it only creates more serious problems (in the long run.) And they are most likely not worth the risk of losing your job, which is probably what would evently happen once it got back to your boss since he is already telling you to "get along with others." Why people can't just do their job(s) and let you do yours, I can never understand, but there is always going to be some sort of "troublemaker" in every crowd. Good luck and remain the person you are! You certainly are not in the wrong.

where theres smoke there is generally fire, What you think of your self , obviously is not the impression they are getting, so please look at what they are saying, and see if there is any reason behind this thinking, Also you do come across with an attitude, are you aware of that. And your supervisor has already given you a warning, Would it really be so bad it you tried to get along with them rather than secretly be beating them up in your mind,Your job is on the line and , if it is your attitude then it will go on with you to the next job, so maybe try to fix the problem now instead of down on the unemployment line

In my experience, people do to you what you allow them to do to you. So, the reason your coworkers talk mess about you is because they know they can get away with it. I bet if you went up to them and let them know that they need to stop with the BS jokes and comments (and mean it), I bet they would stop. If it doesn't, you are going to have to a private conversation with your boss to let him know what is going on. If it doesn't get better, it may be time for a transfer into another dept or to quit and find an office with more professional coworkers.

Look them straight in the eye and tell them that their jokes are unprofessional and inappropriate.
