I don't really know, but I was watching this movie called Pizza and the kids were playing this joke on the main character. Making her think that they were sniffing cocaine but in reality was sugar made to look like cocaine. And then they told her, but they actually showed them sniffing it up their nose. So my best bet would be some kind of sugar formula. I mean the only way you would know the difference is if you have done it before or seen it up close.
