Hey, you don't have to post the same question umpteen times in order to get some decent answers. Slow down and breathe, OK?
You're a guy, am I right? Many dance studios are able to offer hefty scholarships for guys 'cause they're needed for partnering all the girls. Please check out all the dance studios in your area and see what might be available. If there is a college near you that has a dance program, call that department and ask if you could speak to one of the male faculty members for advice. College programs are always looking to recruit male dancers, so it is to their advantage to point you in the right direction.
Many, many guys get a late start in dance due to the cultural stigmas. In fact, 16 is a very common starting time for guys - even ones who have gone on to make it big in dance. If you want to be REALLY good, you should definitely include ballet in your dance training, as that is where you learn all the basic positions and terminology that are also used in jazz.
I hope you can cheer up and not be so glum. Hold on to hope, as your college years are bound to be much better.

Go for it. I'm 35, and I took my first ballet class at age 30. I have also taken classes in jazz and hip-hop, and I am currently taking classes in Middle Eastern Dance.

i dont think you can become a pro dancer but you could be pretty good if you took serious lessons and practiced a ton. now if you havent ever danced befor your body isnt used to the positions used in even the most simple of things. so if you really want to, get to a really good studio and get dancing!

If you really are willing to work hard then you should at least try it and see if it is what you want to do.
