yes, it is very painful at 1st but if your man takes it really slow and talks to you to keep you very relaxed then it's really not too bad......you must use lubricant.........tell him if he is hurting you.......but he has to go very very very slow upon entry then stop when in so you can relax a bit and then slowly begin to move adding more lubricant as you go, then it should work out fine.
make sure you put some towels down 1st to catch any leakage.

i have to absolutely agree with sweetness(: 1st time take it oh so slow ! if youve made thru ok, & consider it again ( and enjoy toys ) try enjoying ur man & a bakdoor toy , ull orgasum longer and harder then u ever dreamed , ecspecially if hes really into enjoying u getting off! well the best way to find out is to go and get an object similar to you know what, put it through the back door...you will find out pretty fast why most women don't care much for it.

It dosent hurt after the first time. U just need lots of lube and to relax. I really enjoy it.

Yes it does... I would suggest lots of lube and a condom to keep him and yourself clean. You don't want any of that getting in anywhere else.
