Sometimes I just don't have time for breakfast but on the mornings that I do have time I'll just have a bowl of cereal like Special K, Product 19, Cheerios or Rice Krispies with either bananas or blueberries. Once in a while I'll stop and a get a sausage and egg biscuit from Mcdonald's or either Chik-fil-A.

Okay: boring alert: When I'm being good I store blueberries, skim milk, Kashi or Fiber One cereal in the work refrigerator and I eat a sensible serving of all of those for breakfast. Okay--it gets better: When I'm bad or just my authentic self I much prefer ham and eggs over easy with hashed brown potatoes, sour dough toast and grape jelly, with a fine brew of cappachino (but spelled correctly) and a glass of orange juice. Thanks for asking. I have yet to find a protein bar that's tasty. Any suggestions.

I love the steak, egg and cheese on toasted bagel combo from Mc Donalds. I also love buttery grits, blueberry pancakes, scrambled soft cheesy eggs, and steak and sunny eggs all on different occasions.
