Why dont they change their name to something else if they dont play music anymore??

i second the fuse idea. its much better and you get more variety. not just whats popular. fuse kicks mtvs butt.

MTV Music Television Videos I cant tell you why they dont but it used to be real good and when they quit they should change their name to NMMV No More Music Videos

Those idiots show videos only during the overnight hours (12-8am). Otherwise it's full of bad reality shows! MTV has clearly lost it! Bring back the videos all the time!

Isn't it sooo sad! I remember when our cable co. in the small town I grew up in got MTV, I was like five, and it was constant videos...sorry, I have no answer for you, just reminiscing.

I would say that they should change their name to "music and other stuff television" but that's not very accurate
I would then say that they should change their name to "other stuff and music television" but that's not really accurate either
So I guess they should change their name to "reality TV and dating show sell outs television

l thought all along there's something wrong in our TV set that's why no MTV shows up.
They are probably planning bigger things.

because people already associate the name MTV with new and cool stuff, even if it should really be called: crappy tv showing america's stupidity network.

I think its all about the money, They sell comercials and make more from all the reality shows

They should also change their station name to BET2 because they seem to play more black music than anythng else.
