I had to have a Ceserean for the birth of my twins. They are 18 months old now, and I still have flabby skin. I used to have really taut skin and a flat stomach, and I miss it! I am using skin firming lotion and do sit-ups. I can't afford a tummy-tuck, which I know would be the fastest way. Has anyone else had this problem with either having a C-section, or losing a lot of weight fast? I don't need a super fast solution, but I would like to be in shape by summer!
Thanks!

They are girls, I don't think they are identical, but I have never got them tested to see if they are identical or fraternal. I am 22.

i had the same problem some time ago my baby weighed in at 10lbs 12 ounces. SO what to do well i tried the butter lotion for the skin even after birth you still need to keep the skin moist so you won't start to scratch it and hinder its healing. then try the body by jake that program can really help target those abs and your specific body problem areas and help in eating the right foods. don't eat anything 2 hours before you go to bed this is essential i lost 40lbs just cutting this bad habit out. if you need to eat an apple or a banana before bed. eat plenty of natural nuts and cut the white bread or you are never going to make it faster. just eat whole wheat bread this does not turn into glucose(sugar) in your system and prevent it from burning calories faster. i have the total gym here to and that machine does work on flabby skin very well and make you stronger as well.

Congrats on your new edition...Wear a girdle during the day and at night wrap a gauze type splint snugly around your waist. When you're able, begin doing situps while sitting in a chair, crunching downward, as you sit or rise, press your stomache in and hold it in with your hand at first, the key is to begin using these muscles again, they've been through trauma and you can't expect them to be ship shape without time and effort. You'll regain the muscle :-)

After having a C-Section it is very hard to get a flat stomach again. It's because they cut your stomach muscles. I would say to keep doing sit-ups and other exercises.

You should rub soft skin lotion on your flabby skin until it become smooth like a baby's rump. Then you take a gallon of mayonaise and pour it all over your tummy. Then you should wipe off all of this with sandpaper and then add some olive oil and feta cheese.
