more than likely you would need to see a doctor to regulate a period, because if youre not having regular periods, then youre not ovulating regularly, or possibly not at all, how long have you been trying to conceive? ask them to put you on provera everymonth and then clomid its not normal for a period to be absent for more than 3 months, just see an ob/gyn. good luck

No one can just tell you when you will ovulate. Irregular periods are...irregular, with no pattern to them. If you have irregular periods and are trying to conceive you need to get a Dr. help, you may not need medical intervention to conceive, but you definitely need to find out if there is a more serious reason why you have irregular periods. Your body isn't meant to go for long periods of time building up the uterine lining every month without shedding it, it can cause endometrial cancer. One likely culprit is Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which you need to know if you have b/c it can give you some problems when trying to conceive. After you check that out, a dr. is likely to tell you to start charting your temperature, which can let you know when you ovulate.

No way to tell. You need to start charting your periods and hopefully after a year or two, you'll start seeing a pattern.

No way to tell for sure. They have ovulation kits that can help you tell when you're ovulating.

it means you likely arent ovulating likely because of endometriosis or polycystic ovary. you need to get checked out.
taking an anti inflamitory may help you cycles return but be careful because both times i took them i got pregnant.
