IN couple of thousand KM, the car is not getting smooth in road, and consume more fuel. If I add premium unleaded, it is better than the normal unleaded. But If I changed all spark plugs and leads at a time there is not any problem for 3000 to 4000 KM. I add fuel injection cleaner liquid in my petrol tank but it doesnot help.

Technically you are supposed to change your plugs every 4 or 5 thousand miles, i know km is more than miles.

You may have an oxygen sensor issue in your car and its runnin rich fouling out your plugs.

Have you tried just replacing the plugs? Or are the leads neccisary as well? if so, i think those cars have coil packs, the resistor may be going out and pushing a weak current. This will cause the plugs to build up un burnt material due to lack of combustion, and the wires will deteriorate due to lack of resistance they were specified for.
