Hi

Assuming that the triangle is a right angled one with the mentioned length, - two of them makes a rectangle. Half area of the rectangle will be the exact area of the triangle. 1/2 of 10 * 5.2 = 26ins².

You guessed right.

Area of a triangle=(1/2)(base x height)
A=(1/2)(10 x 5.2)
A=(1/2)(52)
A=26 inches squared

yes you were correct.

The area of any triangle is (1/2) x Base x Height
So your area is (1/2) x 10 x 5.2
= 26
Hence your answer is absolutely correct.

To find the area of a triangle you have to use the formula (h*b)/2.
to solve your problem: (10*5.2)/2 = 52/2 =26. That means that your answer is correct.

You surely are! (As long as the height is the perpendicular height, not the slant height.)
