Assuming that the triangle is a right angled one with the mentioned length, - two of them makes a rectangle. Half area of the rectangle will be the exact area of the triangle. 1/2 of 10 * 5.2 = 26ins².

Area of a triangle=(1/2)(base x height)
A=(1/2)(10 x 5.2)
A=(1/2)(52)
A=26 inches squared

To find the area of a triangle you have to use the formula (h*b)/2.
