Absolutley you can talk to doctors, if you are worried about confidentiality don't be. In the United States there is a law called HIPPA, (Health Information Protection Portability Act) it in which institutes your patient rights and the laws Doc's. have to follow. It is always best to consult a doctor before self diagnosing.
