Not much.
Not to stereotype, but I like musicals, damnit!
Anyway, what does a person's sexual preference have to do with the contributions they have made to society other than who did what and whom happened to be gay? Gay people make intellectual contributions just as much as straight people do. The difference is they are often shunned from society, they are not as plentiful.

The world would be a drab, less entertained one for sure. I was flabbergasted at all the artists, sculptors and illustrators that were or are gay or lesbian. An artist I had an affair with taught Art History, and I recall our class spent a whole week on the many talented folk who were anything but hetero.
I'm only bisexual, but one day, I may just forsake females altogether and go totally gay.

Practically all of it. Though that hasn't stopped quite a few gay activists of the historical revisionist persuasion from trying to claim that practically any human of any notoriety was gay. Or to transform typical diction of literary men and women of the day into "love letters."
If you want to talk about the Jewish additions to Western culture, you'd have a longer list.

We would have lost a great deal of it. Sadly, the only example that leaps immediately to mind is "Disco," and I'm not sure others would weep tears at its loss, but still. If you look at a lot of great poets, novelists, screenwriters, actors, musicians... it would be pretty sad.

Stepping on an ant can change the world
as we know it. Completely eradicating
the gay culture?? Maybe the world would end.

There is no telling. Most gays were closeted until the 20th century. I'm a conditioned homophobe, but it is quite possible that one of my heroes (Isaac Newton) was as queer as a three dollar bill. Without his work, there is no telling how much longer it would have taken mankind to reach its current technological level.
