Well if you are talking about smallest ANIMAL (in the kingdom Animalia), it would be protozoan's (single celled organisms).. if you are talking about the smallest mammal it would be Thailand's bumblebee bat (Kitti's hognosed bat). It's about the size of a bumblebee and weighs less than a penny.
