Strange dream..?

Question

ok to start off with i know that dreams are just a collection of feelings and thoughts being sorted in your mind while you sleep. And my dreams are pretty crazy like strawberry milk rivers and crap, but this dream was different....

It starts with me in a rundown dirty old house, this chick, Christina comes over and we go out for a drive and talk for like 4 hours. i then wake up.

Pretty simple dream but it has me thinking about it all day...
And to top it off, after i woke up i felt happy as if she and i had been talking all night.

That is very strange becuase usually after i wake up i have no feelings from or abour my dreams. but this time i stayed happy after the dream.

Is there any reason for why i was staying happy? is it a normal response?

There is gratification in your part after a good dream. In other words, you feel content after dreaming.

Someone are very unease after nightmare or bad dream because that still stays in your subconscious mind. In your case, starting with a rundown dirty old House symbolize the past and Christina symbolize the future and your desire. In other words, deep down, you feel that you have over come the past and ready for the future. You feel good after dreaming because subconsciously you decide that is you goal and that is what you will do and that is where you hope is.

Some dreams can really stay in our subconscious mind after waking up because they are memorable.
