If you mean, can you press charges? I believe so. You can try at least. Therapy may be necessary as well.

The first step is to get some counseling and take stock of which friends and family members are there to support you. You need to make sure you are handling the emotional aspects of this.
The next step, if you want to go the legal route, is to consider reporting the abuse to the police and making an application for criminal injuries compensation, if that is available where you are. If you do report it, be prepared to tell many people (police, Crown, and Judge among others) what happened and be prepared to have what you say tested. People will not just accept what you say.
You can also consult a lawyer and discuss whether you should sue the abuser, asking the court to make an award of damages. The biggest question here will be whether the abuser has any assets or is likely to have assets in the future. If not, it is useless to sue because you'll never collect on the judgment. If you say the money doesn't matter and you just want your day in court, be prepared to pay your lawyer and expert witnesses by the hour. It will cost you thousands of dollars up front. As with the criminal process, be prepared to have your memories tested.
If you go the legal route, be sure to have a good support team in place because it can be very emotionally draining.

You didn't say how old you are now. I really and truly feel a deep sympathy for you. My wife was raped by her father when she was twelve years old.
She is Jewish and her father told me when I confronted him about the subject, he told me, it was just his "culture". I turned him in to the authorities, and they did very little to correct the mis-deeds done by this evil man. I would really like to know if you are a Jew.
If you are a minor, I would suggest you contact the child protection agency in the town or city you live in. Don't wait, do it now, right now! Believe it or not, there is a statue of limitations on incest in the state where I live. You don't say in which state you live, but I doubt they are all the same.
Again, please don't delay, if you are afraid to go it alone, go to your pastor or teacher, or a relative you feel you can trust.
God Bless.

I'm real sorry. Well..........you mite want to see a therapist to help you cope w/ your feelings. Depending on the nature of the molestation(fellatio , analingus , cream-pies, gagging, etc.), a therapist which specializes in molestation mite be able to guide you to recovery. I must warn you though, the path of recovery in this type of instance will be real difficult. You'll have to graphically recount all the times you were forced to touch an adults privates w/ your mouth, privates, b-hole, or some sick combination there of. A good therapist, that is determined to achieve a full recovery for you, will probably want you and he/she to physically reenact the lecherous acts, in order for you to fully confront and, eventually, defeat your deep-seeded, penetrating demons. The path before you is gonna be rough, but if you believe in yourself and have a good therapist, I think that you'll be able to live a happy, healthy life. Good luck.
