take you to court and make you pay the remainding months rent. You can ask to be let out of your lease maybe he'll be nice. If you didn't already try that?

Depending on what oyu signed he may take you to court to get the $$$. Plus, he could report it to a credit bureau but I don't know how likely that is. But you can forget about using him as a reference on your next rent/loan application.

you can sued for the amount you owe ,for the remaing time. having a jujdement against you will affect your rental refrances and your credit report.
