I was a lineman last season because i was 5'10, 230 lbs for my high school, this season i was 205 and converted to a leadblocking fullback, and now i am 175!!! i am sooooo much faster than i was b4, i used to run the 40 yard dash time wen i was lineman in 4.8 sec now i run it in 4.4 seconds!!! i now want to b a good reciever!! i want to know wat i shude b good at such as catching and such, and wude my spped help as a wide reciever?? thanks

Practice your route running. So many reviver have wasted talent because they don't know how to run good routes. You should spend more time practicing your routes than anything. Also, you should almost be joined at the hip with your QB. Know how each other thinks.

If your 5'10" you are old enough to know that speed is the most important physical tool as a receiver, but having consistent hands, agility to run tight routes and strength to shake tacklers are some of the more important tools. Knowledge is key, but if you can run a 4.4 you really don't need much knowledge, cause you can outrun most anybody on the field. In high school blocking is a pretty big skill to have as a receiver, along with no fear of being killed running short routs across the middle.

Be good at jumping (work on calves). Be good at catching (dropping perfect passes is almost unforgivable). Work on being able to change directions quickly. Develop your fast-twitch muscles and your reaction rate.

u need hand-eye coordination, good hands, precise route running, speed, quickness, toughness, recognizing defensive alignments etc

Practice cutting, catching, and running routes while catching.

practice double moves they are huge look at mario manningham from the u of m wolverines he is one of the best. and javon walker before the injury.

u need good hands, speed, acceleration, agility maybe and be tall, jump high, and good balance

you need a big mouth, good trash talking skills, and entertaining dances.
