I have reason to belive it's the milligram balance, but I'm still have some doubt...

milligram would be more accurate because it has smaller measurements, but to be accurate means to arrive at the RIGHT point many times. to be precise means to arrive at the SAME point many times even if its not right.
like if i were throwing darts and make the bulls eye 3 times i would be accurate and precise.
if i threw all 3 darts and hit the 18 in the same spot, i would only be precise...but not accurate
