Military and enemies have never been invented for a noble cause. This is the only way to fill their coffers and protect their wealth. There is no military deal without kickbacks and if all the concerned parties get their due share, no one will know about the deal. If you ask, then all will join hands and will tell you that this is national security and can not be disclosed for the public. Just keep going.

No. Not because that they Govt. is spending more, but the govt. is spending less.

Our neighbours are busy killing satellites with newly developed technologies and another neighbour buying (or smuggling) all sorts of dangerous weapons, therefore our preparedness and spending in defence is important.

At the same time, our might in the Indian ocean, Arabian Sea and Asia-pacific regions along with the combined technological and economical advancements can only take us to the grade of superpower.

No nation can afford not to fight its enemies. There have been complaints galores about instances of corruption in the purchase of equipments. The complaint has been become so perennial that the government has bring in A.K.Antony who has no other qualification other than incorruptibility, to the Defence Ministry.

Yah govt should more and more spend money for our army, and soldiers. Because to we have not fulfilled their all requirements.
