I heard this in Germany but could not really get a good definition/
its not a dirty word..i think

There is no word DIK in our language. But from the sound of it I suppose that you mean "dick".
Opposed to English this is not offensive, but it means

FAT, THICK, CHUBBY

Here you can see that many German and English words have the same linguistic origin and are still quite similar.

dick = thick
dies = this
der = the

You are in the wrong category, that´s right... anyway if sb tells u that you are dick it means you are fat.
