Yes I did it to one person when I was a teenager.
Why? The individual was an easy target emotionally. It was easy to make her angry. In retrospect, I think people that bully do it because it's a "power trip". It's "fun" finding a weakness in someone else and exploiting it in order to exercise a form of control over that person. "Pulling the strings" so to speak.
I stopped hurting her and apologized one day after I realized I was doing the same hurt-full things to her that had been done to me by others and I remembered what it was like to be on the receiving end. It wasn't the proudest moment in my life.

Yes but only once and I was young and stupid at the time. I was getting a permanent on my hair and two girls were working on my hair because it was a salon school and I thought that all people who smoked were baaaaaad ppl so I asked the girl who didn't smoke if my bangs were straight and the other one who did smoke said, "ya they are, look!" and I with a very snotty voice replied, "I never asked youuuu!" I was a kid though.

Yes..I have! My relationship that i am in now...the reason for me being mean is because i don't want to be in a relationship nor am i ready...trust me i have told him but he chooses not to listen nor respect my space so i have a lot of resentment and fun bugging the heck out of the guy! I am hoping that one day that we are not ment to be together

Like Earl way to many times. I think i really understand now but cannot make a list like earl to repair my karma. most or god knows wehere or dead. can you say boderline personality disorder complicated with a bipolar problem, too. makes sense. explains those inexplicable mean things. some were really mean. i think of roger miller's song, "dang me, dang me, they oughta take a rope and hang me...." he was a clever song writer for cute little insights. anyway, its all in the books that i refused to read years ago. sooo .... is that your problem?

Yes i have, i talk to a guy who love me alot but i'm married. I was getting attracted to this guy without seeing him, we met on net. But i told everything to my hubby and the same day my net fren sent me his photographs, he is not good looking. suddenly, my feelings are changed for him. I don't like him anymore. i know this is good for my relationship but whatever i have done wrong with that guy and i'm sorry for that.

yes. sometimes the need to vent it all out can't be controlled.
when we're frustrated or having a bad day, its really hard to keep it in and act all good.
