I just need to know what they are called

The frog finger in "Bionese" can be called phalanges, phalanx, or simply digits. As you know, most frogs have fingers like humans and has three sections. (look at your own finger and you'll see that from tip of you finger to the "fist" knuckle it is divided into 3 sections). The very tip of the frog finger is called terminal phalanges (or terminal phalanx). The middle section is called penultimate phalanges (or penultimate phalanx). The last section which is nearest to the metacarpals is called antepenultimate phalanges (or antepenultimate phalanx). In general, these terms are used for fingers in general and is not exclusive to frogs nor amphibians. I hope this helps. =)
