his new outfit makes him look hot and he is starting to care for others now..

Wow that is a hard question, but I would have to go with gaara. I have always thought he was cool.. Lol. The first time I saw Naruto and I saw him in the english dubs opening theme, I was like, "wow, he looks really cool." Lol
