Yes it should.....alcohol is worse and it's legal. It would also bring down the price and stop the weed droughts.......

yes, intake could be controlled, as a drug itself, one of the main problems with it being illegal is it's a 'gateway drug'. On the ladder of drugs it's the lowest rung, the most easy to get a hold of, the most common, but it gets you onto the ladder, it introduces people to dealers, from then on, you have not only the incentive (because you are into the scene) but the materials to become seriously addicted to hardcore drugs.
Besides which at the current rate of dope smoking in the uk, i doubt legalisation would have any great effect on the quantities being smoked.

Yes, in this day and age, it is less of a problem than alcohol with our young ones and if we tax and regulate it heavily, the coffers could be overflowing with funds to fight more serious drug use, improve and add space to jails and rehab places and educational purposes.
I just think there are way worse drugs out there that deserve the attention to ridding from the streets.

Yes and No,No, because it is as addicting as alcohol and cigarettes, Yes, for people with health problems that it maybe able to help them cope with their pain and suffering.

Hell yes. As Michael Franti sings "A war on pot is a war that's failed, a war that's filling up our nation's jails".
The police departments worldwide should be spending their resources on better things, like capturing murderers and theifs, not people who just wanna chill out and have a bit of fun without harming others.

doesn't really matter to me because legal or illegal i always find a way to get some but it would be better if it was legal so that i wouldn't always have to look over my back for a snitch

yes tax it like cigarettes, more money into the government to funnel out to us for health care and yes it is addictive, my dad smoked it for years and has very bad memory problems for doing so , so dont fool yourself into that logic
